Zoom integration guide

Calenkli is an appointment-scheduling service. When a visitor books an online appointment on your booking page, Calenkli uses your connected Zoom account to automatically create the meeting and add the join link to the confirmation emails. This guide explains how to connect, use and remove the integration.

Adding the integration

  1. Sign in to your account at calenkli.com.
  2. Open Dashboard → Integrations.
  3. Click Connect Zoom. You are redirected to Zoom to review and authorize the requested permissions.
  4. After you click Allow, Zoom sends you back to Calenkli and the connection is active. Your Zoom account email is shown on the integration card.

The connection must be started from your Calenkli dashboard so the account can be linked to your Calenkli profile.

Using the integration

  • On any event type, set the location to Online and choose Zoom as the conferencing option.
  • When an invitee books that event, Calenkli creates a scheduled Zoom meeting on your account and includes the join link in the confirmation emails sent to you and your invitee.
  • If the invitee reschedules, the meeting time is updated automatically. If the booking is cancelled, the meeting is deleted.

Removing the integration

You can remove it in either of two ways:

  • From Calenkli: open Dashboard → Integrations and click Disconnect on the Zoom card.
  • From Zoom: go to the Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps, find Calenkli and click Remove.

Either way, Calenkli deletes your stored Zoom tokens. When you uninstall from Zoom, Zoom notifies Calenkli and the deletion is confirmed through Zoom’s Data Compliance API. New online bookings simply stop receiving an automatic Zoom link.

Data and security

Calenkli stores your Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), along with your Zoom user id, account id and the id of each created meeting. We never store meeting content, recordings or participant data, and we never share Zoom data with third parties. See our Privacy Notice for details.
