Calenkli

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. The service

Calenkli is an online appointment scheduling service: it lets a host publish booking pages, and lets invitees book available slots on those pages. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Calenkli for illegal activities, spam, harassment, phishing, or any attempt to disrupt the service (deliberate overload, circumventing limits, unauthorized access). The full list of prohibited uses is described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or delete an account in case of a clear violation.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur. The service is provided "as is".

5. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our Privacy Notice. Each host remains the data controller for the invitee data collected through their booking pages and agrees to process it in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its brand, its interface, and its code remain the property of Calenkli. The content you publish (event names, meeting descriptions) remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to display it as part of the service.

7. Liability

Calenkli connects hosts and invitees but is not a party to the meetings themselves. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damages resulting from a breach attributable to us.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. In case of a material change, users with an account will be notified by email or through the dashboard.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, after first seeking an amicable resolution. Contact: [email protected].
