How to schedule a meeting in Google Calendar
Google Calendar makes it easy to invite guests, add a Google Meet link and check availability — here's the fastest path.
- Click Create
In Google Calendar, click Create (top left) and choose Event.
- Add a title and guests
Name the event, then add guests by email under Add guests. Use Find a time to see when they're free (for people who share their calendar).
- Set the time
Pick the date, start and end time.
- Add Google Meet
Click Add Google Meet video conferencing to attach a video link.
- Save
Click Save and choose to send invitations to your guests.
The faster way: share a link, not a time
Every method above has the same gap — you still have to agree the time first. Flip it: instead of proposing slots, share a Calenkli booking link. The other person picks an open slot from your real availability, shown in their own time zone, and the meeting (with a video link) is created automatically.
Stop scheduling by email. Calenkli turns your calendar into a booking link people can use in one click — free, with reminders that cut no-shows.

How do I let clients book a slot in my Google Calendar?
Connect your Google Calendar to a booking link. Calenkli reads your real availability and shows clients only your open slots — they book in one click and it lands on your calendar with a Meet link.
Turn time into booked meetings
Calenkli gives you a free booking link: people pick a slot in their own timezone, answer your questions first, and the meeting lands on your calendar automatically.
